The following terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern both visitors to this site and customers purchasing our products. Your use of, and access to, this site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Understanding the Dangers of Gasification

There are potential physical dangers involved with the practice of gasification including, but not limited to:

- Burns and scolding. Surface temperatures are very hot and should not be touched without heat protective gloves or clothing.

- Flammable gases. The process of gasification turns biomass into various flammable gases including: hydrogen, carbon monoxide, methane, etc. Operate outdoors and never allow gases to carelessly meet sparks. There is a risk of explosion.

- Carbon monoxide. Carbon monoxide is a clear odorless gas that can kill in minutes. Work in a well ventillated area and install a carbon monoxide warning alarm. If you are exposed and begin to feel dizzy, please seek fresh air and consider medical attention if the situation warrants it.

- Heavy lifting. Gasifier components can be heavy and may require two people to lift. Use help when needed to avoid strain.

- Wet surfaces. Condensation from the gas cooling process must be disposed of and may create slippery conditions.

- Safety equipment. Always wear gloves, safety glasses, ear plugs and respirators when operating or servicing your gasifier.

2. Operator Education

Operating a gasifier requires knowledge and practice. While we strive to offer informative video tutorials, periodic live workshops and telephone support, it is ultimately the responsibility of the owner to make themselves familiar with the gasifier and its method of operation.

3. Gasifier Kits

In order to offer gasifiers at the lowest prices possible — All of the gasifiers and parts being offered are being offered as kits for home assembly. We believe these kits are constructed to a very high level of craftsmanship, but understand that they have not been tested by independent laboratories. Further, they have not been tested to meet local emissions standards. Buyers should also understand that these are not boilers or furnaces, they are fuel making devices for engines.

4. Local Laws

It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand their local laws and how a gasifier might fit into them. In many cases there are no mentions of this type of device currently, though that may change in the future. Energy taxes may be levied on owners if their locality deems it appropriate. These units run cleanly and efficiently, but have not been emissions tested. These kits are being sold as components only, for final assembly.

5. Proprietary Work and Intellectual Property

All designs and technologies presented on this site represent thousands of hours of work and testing and are the property of Victory Gasifier. Many designs are unique and may be patented or patent pending. Visitors and owners may not: copy, republish, replicate, manufacture, or resell our gasifier kits or site content without our express notorized consent or a licensing agreement.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Victory Gasifier may, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted by us on the Site.
Your continued use of the Sites and/or the services made available on or through the Sites after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

7. Fuel Preparation

Gasifiers require specific fuels to operate properly. It is the duty of the operator to use the proper size, species and moisture content fuel to gain optimal operation. For a fee we offer a fuel testing service to determine the suitability of a buyers fuel for the operation of our kits. This is something that we offer as a courtesy on a case by case basis.

8. Agreement to Hold Harmless

Buyers and site users agree to hold Victory Gasifier and its agents, owners, and representatives harmless and release Victory Gasifier from all liability involved with the purchase and operation of our kits.

9. Support

In order to keep our prices extremely low we offer telephone support for the first 90 days, and email support for 1 year. After those terms have lapsed buyers can purchase additional support through our premium care phone line for a small charge.

10. Parts Replacement

Your quality gasifier kit comes with 1 year free parts replacement on non consumable items. Damages from shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company.

11. Shipping

Shipping to North America in generally handled by UPS. International orders are handled by freight forwarders to achieve the lowest cost. International orders are delivered to the nearest local port. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs charges.

12. Guarantee

Your purchase is covered by a 60 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, then please return it in the same condition it was delivered to you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Damages to the gasifier will be deducted from the refund amount.

13. Right of Substitution

We are constantly upgrading and refining our products to serve you better. We reserve the right to deliver the newest release version in place of the version purchased.
